We are sad to announce that on August 16, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Delbert E. Putney of Gallipolis Ferry, West Virginia, born in Mason, West Virginia. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Putney and Blanch McCarty Putney; his wife Geraldine Putney; his daughter Sandra Elaine Putney; and his siblings, Ruth Ann McFarland and Carl Putney.
He is survived by: his son Darrell Putney (Tabitha) of Gallipolis Ferry; his granddaughter Serenity Putney of Gallipolis Ferry; and his sister Emma Lou (Bob) of Florida. He is also survived by extended family, friends.
As per the governor's guidelines social distancing and facemasks are required.
In lieu of flowers, donations should be made to the family to defray funeral costs.
