He was predeceased by: his father Donald "Don" W. Fowler. He is survived by: his mother Irene L. Fowler (Sauer) of Gallipolis Ferry; his siblings, Sandra L. Fowler of Gallipolis Ferry, Manuela Hall (Danny) of Gallipolis Ferry, Laura Miller (Blaine) of North Dakota and Anthony Fowler (Diana) of North Dakota; and his nephews, Jordan Hall (Heather), Brandon Hall, Matthew Miller and Ethan Miller (Meghan).
