He was predeceased by: his wife Wilma Lea Pierce (Brown). He is survived by: his children, William of Louetta, TX, Henry of Louetta, TX, Wayne of Oregon, Sam of Van Buren, AR, Mikel of Gassaway, WV, David of Gassaway, WV and Sharon Jett; and his brothers, Johnny Pierce and Billy Pierce.
