He is survived by : his sons, Doug Napier (Kathie) of Livonia, MI and Timothy Napier (Maurine) of Wolverine Lake, MI; and his siblings, Sally Smith (Lowell) of Lavalette, WV, Julie Smith of Wayne, WV, Hudson Napier of Genoa, WV, Vester Napier (Fern) of Genoa, WV, Andrew Napier (Frieda) of Radnor, WV and French Napier (Delores) of Radnor, WV. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
