We are sad to announce that on January 1, 2022, at the age of 90, Betty Lou Webb of Genoa, West Virginia, born in Dunlow, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Milliard Matthews and Mary Varney Matthews; her husband Billy D. Webb; and her siblings, Ethel Matthews Preston, Tildon Matthews, Pete Matthews, Carl Matthews, Welsie "Red" Matthews, Roy Lee Matthews and Charles Matthews.

She is survived by : her children, Teresa Brown of Clarkson, Donna Moore (Darrell) of Burkesville and Roger Webb of Genoa; her grandchildren, Kris Cyrus (Elizabeth), Robin Cyrus, Justin Webb of Wayne and W. Va; and her great grandchildren, Bella Cyrus, Lily Cyrus, Violet Cyrus, Jasmine Brunty, Jayden Bradley, Jaxon Maynard and Jake Maynard.
