It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gladys Evelyn Porter of Genoa, West Virginia, born in Louisa, Kentucky, who passed away on March 2, 2022, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Forrest and Annalee Collins Jackson; and her siblings, Emma Ruth Walker and Darrell Forrest Jackson. She is survived by: her husband John Taylor Porter; her son John Eric Porter of Omaha, NE; her sister Charlotte Ann Robertson (Harold) of Wayne; and her siblings-in-law, Elmer Lee Walker and Phyllis Jackson.
