It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Hazel Harvey of Genoa, West Virginia, born in Fort Gay, West Virginia, who passed away on September 6, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, William Rowe and Eveline Copley Rowe; her husband Oley Harvey; and her son Ben William Harvey. She is survived by : her children, JoAnn Frye of Beech Fork, WV, Judy Arbuckle of East Lynn, WV and Richard Harvey of Florida; and her sisters, Jewel Watts and Robertson of Florida. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.
