He was predeceased by: his parents, Wiley V. Cullop, Sr. and Katherine Minton Cullop; his son Joshua Adam Cullop; and his siblings, James Cullop, Walker Dale Cullop, John Cullop, Richard Cullop, Helen Cullop Crager and Brenda Cullop Toothman.
He is survived by: his wife Donna McVey Cullop; his children, Wiley V. Cullop, III (Vickie Cullop), Michael Blake, Brenda Cullop (Thomas Hartwell) and Jennifer Cullop Oliver (Jimmy Oliver); his grandchildren, Ryan Cullop, Jeremy Webb, Tyler Sullivan, Savannah McGraw, Makensea Terry, Coby Oliver, Morgan Webb and Joshua Oliver; and his siblings, Alvie Cullop, Thomas Cecil Cullop, Greg Cullop, Barbara Ripley, Marion Fox, Mary Lynn Shrewsbury, Shirley Thompson, Rosa Lee Casteel and Karen Deck. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
