She was predeceased by : her parents, George Woolum and Victoria Woolum (Warren); her husband Jackie Lee "Jack" Hatfield; her daughters, Deborah Lynn, Kathy Denise Hatfield and Linda Lee (Hatfield); and her brothers, Earl Dean and Russell Olene "Zeke" Woolum.
She is survived by : her siblings, Irene Cook of Coal Mtn, Dorsal Duty of New Carlisle, Sylvia Smith (John) of Louisiana, Mildred Taylor of Hanover and Johnny Woolum of Hanover; her close friend Glenna Hatfield; and her nephew Stanley Woolum (Sherry). She is also survived by other nieces, nephews, and other dear relatives and friends.
