He is survived by : his children, Billy Browning Jr. (Teresa), Becky Browning (Danny Morgan), Cheryl Rogers (Terry) and Michelle Thomas (Robert); his grandchildren, Chris Browning, Ryan Orr, Megan Davis, Katie Ramsey, Hannah Browning, Josh Thomas, Nicole Rogers and Colin Rogers; his great grandchildren, Keevin, Karson, Kason Hash, Eliza Browning, Lilianna Davis and Isabella Thomas; and his siblings, Ronnie Browning, Roger Browning and Betty Walls.
Masks and social distancing will be required for entrance and during the entirety of the ceremonies.
