He is survived by : his brother Nolan Larry Mullins; his brother-in-law Carl Lincous Rowe; his children, James Mullins (Alicia) of Pineville, Benjamin Mullins (Lindsey) of Bluefield and Sarah Mullins (Roderick) of Princeton, His; his siblings, Benny Mullins (Jennifer) of Jolo, Noah Mullins (Nikia) of Avondale, Linda Mullins (Burley) of Lebanon Va and Darlene Rowe of Avondale; and his grandchildren, Summer, Mathew, Ashlyn Mullins, Allanah, Kierra and Gabriel Jackson.
