With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ray Sell of Morgantown, West Virginia, who passed away on July 18, 2025 at the age of 85. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ray Sell to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Sell and Gracie Dixon Sell; and his siblings, Mary Ethel Reckart, Barbara Cosner, Louise Lehew, Charles, Sherman, Kenneth, Wesley, Glenn, Larry and Elmer.
He is survived by: his wife Wila Dean Sell; his sons, Steven, Brian, Rodney of Valley Point and Sidney Sell of Morgantown, WV; and his siblings, Richard Sell of Nashville, TN and Bernice Cannon of Lenox. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Carl R. Spear Funeral Home (12 W Main St, Bruceton Mills, WV 26525). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
