He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Dobbs and Goldie Leona Dobbs (Hall); and his sister Ruth Imagean Dobbs. He is survived by: his son Raymond William Dobbs of St. Clairsville, Ohio; his brothers, Marvin Dexter Dobbs (Ada) and Ronald "Gabby" Eugene Dobbs (Mary); his grandchildren, Jessica Elizabeth Dobbs (Colin), Stephanie Leona Hopper (Jimmy), Maggie Rae Henderson (Adam), Valerie Leigh Ann Knight (Cully) and Raymond James Dobbs; and his great grandchildren, Anna Caroline Hopper, Olivia May Hopper and Jaden Lane Knight. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
