He is survived by: his wife Mary Margaret Keller Rine; his children, Donna Sue Gray, Paul Marvin Rine (Brenda) and Roger Dale Rine (Kathy); his grandchildren, Roger Wayne Rine (Chelsea), Dallas Paul Rine (Amanda), Adriane Morris (Nick), Grace Housel (Riley) and Molly Rine; his great grandchildren, Marshall Shane Gray (Suspanik), Austin Rine, Reilly Jo Rine, Hadley Morris, Grayson Morris and Baby Housel; his siblings, Charles Elmer Rine of Sherrard, WV and Mary Ruth Satterfield of Bethesda, Ohio; and his sisters-in-law, Patty Rine of Arkansas and Marti A. Starkey of Valley Grove, WV..
