He was predeceased by: his father Samuel Franklin Plumley; and his brother Roger Dale Plumley. He is survived by: his mother Mary Plumley (Skaggs) of Prince, WV.; his siblings, Ralph Plumley (Gaynelle) of Prince, Ray Plumley (Pam) of Princeton, Rosemary Halstead (Albert) of Danese, Karen Martin (Mike) of Prince and Martha Taylor of Prince; his nephew Derek Burgess (Kim) of Glen White; and his pets, Rodey and Chihuahuas. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
