We are sad to announce that on September 4, 2021, at the age of 81, Freda Billings of Glen White, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Bailey and Maggie Holcomb Bailey; her husband Marvin Dwaine Billings Sr.; and her sisters, Lettie Walls and Marie Stone.
She is survived by: her brothers, Fred Bailey of Kincel Bailey, J. C, Bill Bailey and Junior Bailey; her children, Dwaine Billings Jr. (Vickie) of Midway and Glenna Billings; her close friend Frank Bowers of Beckley; her grandson Garrett Billings of Midway; her siblings, Helen Graham (Bob) of Mullens, Janis Butner of Spotsylvania, VA, Jimmy Bailey (Judy) of Clearwater, FL and Rachel Hypes (Pete) of Hotchkiss; her nephews, David Billings Jr., Scott Billings and Derrick Hypes; Frank Bowers.
