He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Doris Ann Francis Williams of Third Run and James Franklin Williams; his children, Amber Williams of Salem, WV, Erica Williams of Glenville and Nick Williams of Glenville; and his siblings, Denise Duncan of Charleston, WV, Leslie Reedy (Jarrett) of Wheeling, WV, Douglas "Chester" Collins of West Virginia and Barry Williams. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins.
In accordance with the mandates set forth by the State of West Virginia, masks or some kind of facial covering must be worn inside the mortuary establishment at all times and social distancing must be observed.
