She was predeceased by: her parents, John Rowh and Betty Hochadel (Demastus); her brother Joseph Rowh; and her stepfather Frank Hochadel. She is survived by: her sons, Travis Heater (Megan) of Weston, WV and Trevor Heater (Jessica Bailey) of Baldwin; her siblings, Mike Rowh (Linda) of Parkersburg, WV, Cindy Carter (Charles) of Cleveland, OH, Mary Kelley of Rancho Cordova, CA and John Rowh of Fargo, ND.; and her grandchildren, Traegan, Braxtin and Carson Heater. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and many other wonderful family and friends.
