It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frederick Martin Haines of Grafton, West Virginia, who passed away on March 1, 2022, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Lewis Haines and Mary Lou Batykefer Morrell; his wife Veronica Haines; his son Frederick Martin Haines II; and his brother Mark Haines.

He is survived by : his nieces, Jennifer Mayfield-Bush of Grafton and Jamie Kyle (Douglas) of Grafton; his great-nieces, Misty Haines-Garcia (Leopoldo) and Crystal Haines (Anthony); his grandchildren, Savannah, Hannah and Trenton; his siblings, Donna Mayfield Grafton (James), Judith Martin Clarksburg (Michael) and Lewis "Buddy" Haines; and his caregiver Melanie Swisher.
