She was predeceased by : her parents, Perry Fuller and Zelma Mae Reynolds Moore; her husband Arthur Eugene Cook; her children, Richard Eugene Cook and Deborah Cook; and her siblings, Katherine Elizabeth Bangs (Moore) and James Raymond Moore.

She is survived by : her children, Dewayne Cook (Carol) of Whitehall, AR, Douglas Cook (Cheryl), David Cook of Houston, TX, Dennis Cook (Aimee), Kevin Cook (Michelle), Kenneth Cook, Andrea Ramsey, Grafton and Kimberly Cook Murphy (Sheldon) of Jacksonville, FL; her grandchildren, Cassandra, Josh Cook, Matthew, Tonya Cook, Mikell Murphy, Amanda Nelson, Conchetta, Vincent Cook, Taylor, Nicole Cook, Richard, Kaylea, Adalynn Cook, Gavin, Aiden, Isabella Ramsey and Carly Morris; her nieces, Alluvia Mae Costello (Bangs) and Adevia Jessie Mackes (Bangs); and her friend Martha Maxwell. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
