He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert C. Waters and Eileen Yates Waters; and his siblings, Sarah Myers, Patricia Waters, Robert Waters, Charles Waters, Albert Waters and John Waters.

He is survived by: his siblings, Thomas D. Waters and Mary Alice Fisher of Belvidere, NJ; and his sisters-in-law, Debbie Young of Grafton and Rose Marie Waters of Grafton. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many friends.
