He is survived by : his father Ronald G. Hakes; his sister Penny Hakes; his mother Frances Hakes of Grantsville; his sisters, Adreana Hakes of Clayton and Tina Little of Millstone, WV; his children, Andrew Hakes of Clarksville, Diana Gregory of Wahiawa and Christina Hakes of Glasgow, KY; and his grandchildren, Mollee, Lillian, Marlyanne, Leon and Navarre.
