He is survived by : his mother Janesta Josephine Keefer Clingerman of Hagerstown, MD; his wife Phyllis Jean Stotler Clingerman; his children, Gloria VanGosen (Darrell) of Great Cacapon, JoAnn Merchant (Kenneth) of Berkeley Springs, Dale Clingerman (Judy) of Berkeley Springs and Amy "Nikki" Clingerman (Punkin) of Great Cacapon; his sisters, Loretta Swain of Hagerstown and Kimberly Sharp of Michigan; and his grandchildren, Shawn VanGosen of Great Cacapon, Michael VanGosen of Great Cacapon, Carlton W. VanGosen of Great Cacapon, Misty Henderson (Donald) of Paw Paw, WV, Amanda Henderson (Robert) of Paw Paw, WV, Kenneth "Lil Kenny" Merchant II of Berkeley Springs, Kevin Merchant of Berkeley Springs and Kyle Merchant of Berkeley Springs. He is also survived by 17 great grandchildren, 4 great great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
