He is survived by : his wife Patsy Ann Crouse Hutchinson; his children, Jason Wayne Hutchinson (Sherri) of Great Cacapon, Melanie Cheri Hutchinson (Ben Drake) of Great Cacapon, Erica Lynn Hutchinson of Great Cacapon and Amy Michelle Young (Earl) of Martinsburg, WV; his siblings, Betty Lou Smelser of Great Cacapon and Roger Keith "Mouse" Hutchinson of Berkeley Springs; his grandchildren, Valerie Michelle Young of Martinsburg, Blake Thomas Drake of Great Cacapon, Brandon Scott Jenkins of Great Cacapon and Robert Christopher Jenkins of Berkeley Springs; and his great grandchildren, Christian James Jenkins of Berkeley Springs and Catherine Elizabeth Jenkins of Berkeley Springs. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
