She is survived by : her husband Don "Frankie" Powers; her son Elmer "Moe" "June" Bailey, Jr. (Paula) of Hensley Heights; her grandchildren, Kirkland Bailey of Man, Dakota Bailey of Wayne and Macie Cline of Hensley Heights; and her siblings, Linda Blankenship of Landville, Geneva "Ginny" Adkins of Logan and Lonnie Bartram, Jr.. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews along with a host of other relatives, church family, and friends.
