He is survived by : his wife Linda Marie Lowther; his children, Lynette Helmick of Hambleton, Bo Owens (Kristal) of Fairmont and Tommy Owens of Fairmont; his grandchildren, Cody Lynn Hardy (Jeffrey), Joshua Hunt, Zachary Barnabei, Landon Owens, Dominick Owens, Keyton Owens and Nevaeh Owens; his great grandchildren, Brayton Hardy and Isabella Barnabei; his siblings, Brenda Lester (Aaron), Linda Kelly (Jerry), Billy Wayne Roy, Gary Michael "Mike" Roy, Robert David "Tim" Roy and Phillip Anthony Roy; and his nieces and nephews, Stephanie, David, Gary, Melony, DeeDee, Zachary, Jerry, Ashley, Gabrielle, Becky, Heather, Kristian, Michelle, Britni, Jason, Ryan and Shannon.
