We are sad to announce that on April 25, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Lou Porter (Hamlin, West Virginia). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Willard Jeffrey and Arlie Mae Crank Jeffrey; her husband Calvin Porter; and her daughter-in-law Sharon Synersticker Porter. She is survived by : her children, Brenda Porter (Thomas), Diana Porter (Mike), Phyllis Porter (Don), Sharon Hatfield and Phil Porter (Cheryl); her grandchildren, Jessica Vance (David), Amanda Cummings (John), Heather Gibson (Bobby), Makayla Porter, Kevin Porter (Peggy), Brent Porter (Laura), Brandon Porter (Shelly) and Jonathan Hatfield (Krystal); her sister Jewel Parsons; and her sisters-in-law, Herma Nelson and Barbara Cooper. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren; 5 great- great grandchildren.

Due to the Covid 19 virus a private family service will be held Tuesday April 28, 2020 at McGhee-Handley Funeral Home West Hamlin WV with Bobby Burns and Alan Frye officiating.
