She was predeceased by : her parent Benson Collins; her sister Donna Bartram; and her grandparents, Opal Collins, Mary Ellen Bledsoe, Ira Perry and Virgie Perry.
She is survived by : her parent Agnes Perry Collins; her sisters, Vanessa D. Hatfield (Charles Steele) of Hanover, Zelma Kay Walls of Justice, Drema Darlene Godfrey (Don Hatfield) of Hanover, Treva Hatfield of Gilbert and Melissa Goins; her significant other Jerry Mounts of Gilbert; her brothers, James Gregory Perry (Lisa) of Beckley and Mack Perry (Stella) of Hanover; her uncle Dud Bledsoe of Hanover; and also Crystal Dawn Mounts (Dwayne) of Gilbert. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
