We are sad to announce that on April 17, 2024, at the age of 80, Anne Newcomer Dungan of Harpers Ferry, West Virginia passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Anne Newcomer Dungan to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, John N. Newcomer and June H. Newcomer; and her daughter Jennifer Lynn. She is survived by : her husband Gary Dungan; her daughters, Sarah Katz (Jared) and Anne "Betsy" Dungan; her grandchildren, Dylan, James, Blake, Bree and Iona; and her brothers, John C. and Thomas Newcomer.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home (256 Halltown Rd, Harpers Ferry, WV 25425). A rosary was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 at 7:30 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St James Catholic Church (49 Crosswinds Dr, Charles Town, WV 25425).
