She was predeceased by: her sons, Mike Faulkiner and Daniel Faulkiner; and her former husband Howard Faulkiner. She is survived by: her spouse Harry Evans; her children, Andrew Evans of Kearneysville, WV, Diane Hicks of Moundsville, WV and Dee Faulkiner of Elm Grove, WV; her daughters-in-law, Barbara Faulkiner of Charles Town, WV and Laura Faulkiner of Las Vegas, NV; her siblings, Mary Moore of Arlington, TX, Nancy Young of Tucson, AZ and David Mosley of Hamilton, MT; Sandra Carr. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made in her honor to Hospice of the Panhandle, 330 Hospice Lane, Kearneysville, WV 25430.
