It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth Alice King of Harpers Ferry, West Virginia, born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on December 22, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Percy Franklin Grantham and Catherine Marie Lanahan Grantham; her husband John "Bobby" King; and her brothers, William "Bill" Grantham and John "Jack" Grantham.

She is survived by : her daughter Stephanie Shoemaker (Thomas); her granddaughter Harley King; and her sister Mary McMahon. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
