It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Keith Allan Powers (Harpers Ferry, West Virginia), who passed away on January 16, 2019, at the age of 48, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his daughter Kelci Powers of Inwood, WV; his parent Alice Bilskemper of Wausau; his siblings, Chandra, Jodi, Jeff, Chad and Travis; and his grandparents, Robert, Elizabeth Bilskemper, Donald and Eileen Powers. He was also cherished by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggest sending memorial contributions to the Kelci Powers College Trust, 167th TFR Federal Credit Union, P.O. Box 1897, Martinsburg, WV 25402, to help fulfill Keith's dream of providing her college funding.
