She was predeceased by : her parents, Virgil Bailey and Carol Rowan Bailey; and her husband Ronald James England. She is survived by : her daughters, Cindy Miller (Bobby) of Hedgesville and Becky England of Hedgesville; her grandchildren, Tiffany Coates (Travis) of Hedgesville and Tyler Miller (Brandi) of Hedgesville; her great grandchildren, McKinley Coates of Hedgesville, Mason Coates of Hedgesville, Liam of Hedgesville and Lane Miller of Hedgesville; her siblings, Marie Bonner of Buckhannon, Alice Deverick of Buckhannon, Rita Barnett (Dwight) of Buckhannon, Thelma Dietrich of Terra Alta, WV, Glen Bailey (Kay) of Buckhannon, Lynn Bailey (Jenny) of Buckhannon and Gary Bailey of Buckhannon; and her pets, Cody and Cricket. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
