She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Dillow and Rose Robinson Dillow; her daughter Mary Beth Penwell; and her brother Gary Dillow. She is survived by: her husband Garry Penwell; her daughter Megan Schildtknecht (Brandon); her grandchildren, Evelynn Schildtknecht and Gabriella Schildtknecht; her siblings, William "Billy" Dillow (Patty), Deborah Banks (Marvin) and Kathy Dillow (Greg Raymond); and her pets, Maya and Macy. She is also survived by numerous nieces; nephews; and brothers and sisters-in-law.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Brown Funeral Home (327 W King St, Martinsburg, WV 25401). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
