We are sad to announce that on October 24, 2022, at the age of 93, Tommie Tomlinson of Hedgesville, West Virginia, born in Turtle Creek, Pennsylvania passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Tommie Tomlinson to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Stephen Talmadge and Margaret Ament Tomlinson. He is survived by : his wife Catherine Mary Holian Tomlinson; and his children, Tommie T. Tomlinson of Mt. Airy, MD and Eileen C. Paul of Waynesboro, PA. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

“Cathy I am so sorry, I know this so hard for you he was not only your husband he was your best friend . Tom was the best! I have so many good memories we had a lot of laughs , I know we always gain up on you but we knew who side to take!! My kids couldn't asked for a better uncle, If it was riding the go-cart or cleaning it before you ride it was a must! going out to the monster (compost) to dump the left over veggies etc.. Making the biggest sandwiches . He will be missed Love you Tom!!”

“West Virginia, my home away from home. I spent every summer of my childhood with my Aunt and Uncle, and it’s during these times where my finest memories reside. From sandwich competitions, to riding the gocart around the house, to math fact pop quizzes, we did it all. I will miss my uncle, and I will always have amazing memories to hold close to me that will always put a smile on my face. “My eyes have seen the glory of the coming of the Lord” our favorite song to sing.
