He is survived by: his parent Nora Estelle Wallace Atkins; his children, Robert Lee Atkins (Erin) of Nutter Fort and Christina Edgcomb; his grandson Chase Edgcomb; and his siblings, Curtis Atkins of Valley City, OH, Doris Ann Atkins of Shinnston and Rose Cole (James) of Salem.
