With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ann Friend Tolliver (Herndon, West Virginia), who passed away on July 27, 2025 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Friend and Mabel Friend; and her husband Rev. Oakey Tolliver. She is survived by: her son Stacy Tolliver; her great grandchild Ethan Lowe; her brothers-in-law, Benny Whittemore, David Tolliver and Teddy Tolliver; her close friend Gloria Slone; her children, Buddy Tolliver (Debbie), Jeff Tolliver (Patty) and Denise Milam (Robbie); her grandchildren, Josh Lowe (Laura), Ben Tolliver (Joni), Andrea Keaton (Gary), Amber Pease (Daniel), Megan Bennett (TJ), Cody Lowe, Noelle, William, Emma, Caylee, Luke, Elijah, Kenize, Isaiah, Isaac, Peyton and Mason; her siblings-in-law, Roger Tolliver (Sis), Rosemary Whittemore, Linda Tolliver, Pat Tolliver and Pat Brooks (David); and her caregivers, Paula and Annie Cook.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Herndon Freewill Baptist Church. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location.
