He was predeceased by : his parents, Oswald Milam and Mary Margaret Pugalee Milam; his brother Billy Gene Milam; and his great grandchild Ethan Lowe. He is survived by : his wife Carol Anne Milam of Herndon; and his children, Robbie Milam (Denise) of Shady Spring, Richard Milam (Michelle) of Basin, Ricky Gene Milam of Bud and Rhonda Anne Mckinney (Charles) of Basin. He is also survived by three brothers; three sisters; eleven grandchildren; and nine great grandchildren.
