It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dorothy Ann Westmoreland of Hinton, West Virginia, born in Sandstone, West Virginia, who passed away on October 22, 2022, at the age of 103, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles F. Tallman and Clara Honaker Tallman; her husband Homer "Blub" Westmoreland; her daughter Jane Gibbons; her grandson Bill Gibbons; her siblings, Fred Tallman, Tom Tallman, Marie Maddy and Ruby "Tid" Garten; and her great grandchildren, Abbey Gibbons and Blake.

She is survived by : her son-in-law Stewart Gibbons of Tampa; her grandchildren, Terri Gibbons of Austin, Mike Gibbons (Earlene) of Selma, Traci Webb of Georgetown and Tim Gibbons (Cheryl) of Las Vegas; and her sister Ruth Noel of Hinton.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Central Baptist Church in Hinton, P. O. Box 492, Hinton, WV 25951.
