She was predeceased by: her parents, Sidney McMillen and Florence Gwinn McMillen; and her brothers, Ray McMillen and Joe McMillen. She is survived by: her husband Johnny Campbell; her children, Charlie Maddy (Suzzan) and Molly Savilla (Allen); her stepdaughters, Tracie Snuffer (Jimmie), Kim Carter and Dr. J. Johnson; her grandchildren, Jordan (Amanda), Samantha, Wyatt, Eli, Jason, Trey, Casey (Moses), Dani and Jesse; her great grandchildren, Campbell, Ebbit and Camden; and her siblings, Russell McMillen, Glenna Crane, Norma Goins (Lonnie), Elbert "Mac" McMillen (Mary Ann) and Aaron "Tuck" McMillen (Janice). She is also survived by friends, especially her children and grandchildren.
