It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Dane Edwards of Hinton, West Virginia, born in True, West Virginia, who passed away on December 31, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Chester D. Edwards and Vera M. Meadows Edwards Miller; and his brother Jerry Edwards. He is survived by : his wife Drema Richmond Edwards; his sons, R. Dane Edwards (Sue) of Rustburg, VA, David A. Edwards (Sherri) of Gardner, NC and Daniel B. Edwards (Kristy) of Ashland, VA; his brother George "Sonny" Edwards of Forest Hill, WV; his grandchildren, Tyler (Kate), Corey, Kyle, Casey, Kevin, Joy Edwards and Cara Souders (Jason); and his great grandchildren, Gabriel Edwards and Addy Souders.
