He is survived by : his wife Clemenatine Rollins; his children, Willie James West, Frank James West and Linda Rollins; his brother Eugene Shade; and his stepchildren, Dartanya "Dino" Matthews, Antonia Matthews, Arletta Brown, Angelo Patton, Angelina Marcum, Tarnell Patton and Torrey Patton. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and extended family.
