He is survived by: his wife Betty Jane Collins; his children, William Collins (Tracy) of Dunbar and Angela Rapp (Jimmy) of Hurricane; and his stepdaughters, Tina Young (Danny) of Hurricane and Teresa Graham (John) of Lavalette. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
