Casto of Hurricane, West Virginia, born in Charleston, West Virginia, who passed away on September 3, 2020, at the age of 47, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Casto and Arbutus May Rhodes; and his grandparents, Earl and Gladys Rhodes. He is survived by: his siblings, Shelia Estes of Hurricane, Lisa Herdman of Robertsburg and Steven Rhodes of Hurricane.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, a celebration of his life will be held in the future.
