He was predeceased by: his father Danny O. Halstead. He is survived by: his mother Jean Cyrus; his wife Cindy Halstead; his sons, Michael and Christopher; his grandson Ryan; and his sister Libby Stricklin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
