He was predeceased by: his mother Linda Horn; his grandparents, Clifford, Mae Horn, Ersel and Bonnie Fitch; and his brother Johnny R. Toppings.
He is survived by: his father Roger L. Horn of Hurricane; his sisters, Melissa Horn (Ray) and Tammy Reavis (Joe); his children, Jonathon Horn (Morgan) of Hurricane, WV, Hunter Horn (Cassie) of Hurricane, WV, Kajsa of Hurricane, WV and Hailey of Hurricane, WV; his grandchildren, Emersyn and Miles; his siblings' children, Joshua Reynolds and Linzie Reynolds; and his great-nephews, Colton and Cooper Reynolds. He is also survived by nephews and niece's, aunt's, uncle and friends.
