She is survived by: her husband Walter "Tim" Hayslett; her siblings, Mike Oliver (Bonnie) of Huntington, WV and Penny Meek of Idaho; her children, Timmy Hayslett Jr. (Amanda) of Hurricane, Roger Hayslett (Grace) of Milton, Jamie Hayslett (Angie) of Hurricane, Erin Larck (Ryan) of Hurricane and Eric Hayslett of Hurricane; her grandchildren, Alison Teter (Jesse) of Huntington, Kristen Loveday (Michael) of Huntington, Timothy Hayslett III (Jackie) of Milton, Courtney Ballard (Zak) of Milton, Lexie Hayslett (CA) of Los Angeles, Mary Hayslett of Huntington, Emily Hayslett of Hurricane, Natalie Hayslett of Hurricane, Brooklyn Goheen of Hurricane, James Goheen of Hurricane, Macey Larck of Hurricane, Brian Goheen of Hurricane, Kellan Larck of Hurricane and Camden Hayslett of Hurricane; and her great grandchildren, Julianne, Brooks Ballard of Milton and Theodore Hayslett of Milton.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Chapman Funeral Home (3941 Teays Valley Road, Hurricane, WV 25526). A funeral service was held on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
