He is survived by: his wife Judith Ann O'Neil; his children, Shirley Ann O'Neil, Kathrine Ann Ruggles-O'Neil, Teresa Ann Knob (Jeff), Megan Leah Judith Newberry, Thomas P. O'Neil Jr., William O'Neil, Joseph O'Neil (Nancy) and Larry Edward Newberry; and his sister Kathleen Ann O'Neil.
