She was predeceased by : her parents, Riley Edward and Martha Anne Strange Horn; her siblings, William Archibold Horn (Archie), John Henry Horn, James Clyde Horn (Jim), Thomas H. Horn (Tom), Mary Alice Horn Powell, Wallace Monroe Horn, Ollie Rachel Horn (Sis), Burbridge Horn, Martha Horn and Riley Edward Horn II (Scotch); and her grandson Jason Kennedy.

She is survived by : her grandchildren, Michelle Neubauer, Rich Nicol, Matthew Kennedy, Josh Kennedy and James Kennedy; and her great grandchildren, Lauren Piczak, Christina Piczak and Vincent Kennedy. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, additional family and friends.
