He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond E. Davis and Martha G. Davis; his siblings, Lillian Kathryn Curry and Richard H. Davis; and his former wife Cora Sue Davis.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret L. Davis; his children, Raymond E. Davis, Denise Renee Davis Sutton (Earl Sutton), Erin M. Stuck, Katherine L. Sekercak (Britt Sekercak) and Dennis E. "Woody" Davis Jr.; and his siblings, Juanita McCarty, Harold Eugene Davis (Jane) and James Arthur Davis (Lynn). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family is inviting friends and loved ones to make donations to the West Virginia Veterans Home, 512 Water Street, Barboursville, WV 25504.
